Pixalive Ventures into Movie Production to Promote Young Talents

29thJune 2020, Bengaluru: Popular indigenous social media app Pixalive announced ‘Pixalive Entertainment’, a movie production arm to promote vibrant young talents globally and will pave the way for talents to enter the cine world. The company has announced a biopic based on the life journey of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput as a tribute to the talented actor and would hit the audience in multiple languages.

Pixalive has recently grown up intending to provide opportunity to the film industry's young aspirants and established its entertainment division. The team has a genuine aim of prioritizing the vibrant young talents globally irrespective of their background. Company’s main motto is high value for fundamental skills. Thus Pixalive Entertainment is going to work to provide a unanimous environment for talents which is free from nepotism.

Pixalive Entertainment will pave the way for young talents. We choose a biopic on SSR because I am also a middle-class man and can genuinely relate his life with mine, I am inspired by him, his dedication towards his dreams was commendable, and there are a few selected TV artists who established themselves successfully in movies. Besides his career he did many activities for the well-being of ordinary people and the nation, he is admired by plenty of people throughout the world and could be an inspiration for several young aspirants. The movie will portray his life journey along with a message from his movie “Chhichhore” that talents shouldn’t afraid of failures” said Rajasekar, CEO of PixaLive Entertainment.

The team believes strongly that there should not be any ancestry to boast to block all the prevailing doors for the talented ordinary individuals. The movie will also showcase the journey of Pixalive’s founder, Rajasekar Sundaresan who hails from a family of farmers in Krishnagiri and established Pixalive. Rajasekar was passionate about engineering, but was financially weak. He found a ray of hope and confidence when he met Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam at MIT, seeking financial support. In a way, the seed for his dreams was sown by Dr. Kalam. For Pixalive to flourish, he had to pledge his only asset — agricultural land that belonged to his father.

Rajasekar stated that along with the Biographical film they are also going to organize “PIXALIVE AWARD” functions to identify true talents each year for Pan India. He clearly mentions that there is no way for the Nepotism to influence the award winners.

Pixalive is India's first stylish colorful trending and disappearing social network application with voice note feature and has presence across 70 countries and a cumulative user-base of over 4,00,000 subscribers to date. The app was launched in August, 2018.

Now Track Your Dear Ones using WhatsApp

Bengaluru, 09 Nov 2019: Bengaluru based startup TrackMyPhones, a leading mobile tracking service provider, has come up with a simple innovative solution to trace your dear ones by means of a mobile. Now, one can track their dependents via mobile messenger – WhatsApp, by just sending a WhatsApp message from their phone to the target device.

With security issues becoming a major challenge in today’s world, we are always concerned about our dear ones, whether it’s about our child not returning from the school on time or the security of our old parents travelling alone, the worries are endless. The app helps you locating the phone and tracks it physically by playing a loud siren, vibrating or turning on the flashlight to inform. Additionally, Track My Phone using WhatsApp also notifies about battery charge status.

Expressing his delight over the launch, TrackMyPhones founder Mr. Srihari Karanth said, “Our vision is to help the society by leveraging technology to minimize the vulnerabilities of the cyber-space. After the success of Track My Phone, which helps get details of the phone by sending commands from the website, we decided to launch the app to control mobile via WhatsApp. TrackMyPhones offers more than 20 dedicated apps focused on anti-theft, remote monitoring, parental control, and women safety. We wish to continue working for the benefit of the society.”

Co-founder Mr. Shrinidhi Karanth said “Tracking your dear ones especially when they are not technology savvy to share their location is a challenge. You have to call them up and they have to ask people around to know the location when on commute. On another note, during emergencies such as accident, when an injured person or a victim during any mishap is not able to respond through mobile, one can locate them through this app. You can also locate your dear ones’ whereabouts through this app without disturbing them. So, we thought of getting location from the app which is most commonly used and WhatsApp was the first thing that came to our mind.”

Furthermore, TrackMyPhones is planning to add more features like getting picture from front and back camera as reply to WhatsApp command to know more specific details.

Addressing concern over security, Srihari added, “Commands needs to be sent with 4 digit pin. The user must add contacts to the whitelist in the app, only then the app will reply to the commands from that specific contact. Only authorized user will be getting the reply to ensure safety and security.”

The app also works when the command is sent via WhatsApp groups when the group is added to the white list. If everyone in the group has the app installed, then one command will help to get to know the location of each individual as well it can also trigger an alarm to everyone in the group immediately to help or locate them.

TrackMyPhone using WhatsApp allows performing following commands during emergencies:

Help PIN: Sends the list of Commands that can be executed.
Location PIN: Get the Google Map location of the device. GPS needs to be enabled for this to work.
Siren PIN: Rings a loud siren by increasing the volume even when the mobile is in silent mode. Helps track the phone when misplaced.
Vibrate PIN: Vibrates the phone for 10 seconds.
Torch PIN: Switches flashlight on for 30 seconds.
Battery PIN: Get the battery charge status to keep yourself informed about how low the battery is.
App PIN: Replies with App URL, for others to download.

To enhance the product further by getting into B2B space, the company is planning to add WhatsApp Auto-Responder App through AI. Businesses can send automated reply over WhatsApp for frequently asked questions by customers and even initiate further action like raising a ticket for an issue reported, reducing human interaction.

TrackMyPhone’s apps together have crossed 9 million downloads and the number is multiplying rapidly due to the efficient and one-of-its-kind features of the platform.

One can find the app on GooglePlay:

Polymaker in partnership with Covestro launches Versatile materials for 3D printing

Mumbai 01 Oct 2019: Polymaker, a market leader in advanced 3D printing products, announced the launch of three new polycarbonate-based 3D printing materials each with unique properties commonly used in various industries. Polymaker has partnered with Covestro to bring these new materials to market, thus enabling the access to materials well known to industry professionals and optimised for 3D printing.

The three new materials consist of:

· Polymaker™ PC-ABS – a blend of already commonly used 3D printing materials, polycarbonate and ABS. The advantages of this blend are high impact and heat resistantancy and easy processing. The polycarbonate boosts the heat resistance and toughness of the material while the ABS contributes to the good processing properties. This PC-ABS is also specialized for surface finishings, i.e. by electroplating and metallization, providing a good approach for post processing.

Polymaker™ PC-ABS uses Covestro’s Bayblend family as its base material which is a commonly used plastic in the automotive and information technology industry today. Polymaker™ PC-PBT – this polymer blend combines the good chemical resistance of PBT with the strength and toughness of polycarbonate. Polymaker™ PC-PBT performs very well under extreme circumstances whether in contact with hydrocarbon based chemicals or operating at subzero temperatures. The product maintains good toughness and its natural ductile fracture behavior at low temperatures.

· Polymaker™ PC-PBT is created from Covestro’s Makroblend family which is widely used in various industries. Compared to PC resins and PC-ABS compounds, PC-PBT has better resistance to chemicals, which enables printed applications where resistance to intermittent contact with fuels, oils, lubricants, cleaners is necessary.
· PolyMax™ PC-FR, a creation from Covestro’s Makrolon family, where the FR stands for flame retardant – the main feature of this polycarbonate based compound. This base material achieves V0 performance in the UL94 flame retardancy test and benefits applications where respective material approval is required. This allows PolyMax™ PC-FR to be applied for battery housings, motor mounts in aerospace and other industries. Within the automotive and electrical and electronics industry, many professionals are well accustomed with such FR materials.

Polymaker have introduced their nano reinforcement technology that is featured in all PolyMax™ materials. This boosts the fracture toughness of the FR material and produces a flame-retardant filament that can still perform in demanding applications. PolyMax™ PC-FR uses Covestro’s Makrolon showing a good balance between mechanical performance and safety, which has already been applied in electronic motorbikes, aerospace spare parts, and automotive production.
